Last summer we built this in our back yard. It's the Blazona hut-you can buy the plans from Ready Made mag for &35.
The plans call for gathering a few friends who know what they're doing, takes two weeks, costs $1500.
We wired & winterized this one so for us it was about six months $2500
but then we dropped the ball for a while (and we still have finishing work to do 9 months later).
Our crew was: Mike Carsten, my brother Tom, Bill Morris, Noel, Rachel, Dan, and Darin Montgomery.
I feel so thankful that it makes me embarrassed. That's supposedly an American trait. We don't know how to accept gifts properly, and I really don't.
I got the idea from Miriam & Stormy,
and my neighbors who have an interesting magazine collection.
these pictures suck and i need to make a trip to the dump.
