We just came into an amazing poster collection including the above which was printed in 1967 at East Totem West, a poster art company in Mill Valley, CA. I don't want to touch the posters much, even to photograph them, but I found another copy of this one up for sale at a site called Lead Pipe Posters, so I grabbed their photo.
It was made by a hugely talented German expatriate oddball named Satty (Wilfred Podreich). Rode the wave in SF for many years. Here's a fansite with some links to biographical information about him. You can pretty quickly get a feel for his style, interesting to see his place in psychedelic art.
